Reporting
Attendance certified by the approved program's certifying officer; attendee lists filed with the Board within 45 days. Licensees taking the allowable out-of-state hours submit proof of attendance with the renewal application.

Oklahoma chiropractors must complete 16 hours of Board-approved CE each year: 12 clinical hours plus 4 nonclinical hours (practice management, philosophy, or other nonclinical topics). At least 8 hours must be earned at Board-approved in-state seminars; up to 8 hours may be earned out-of-state or by distance learning with prior Board approval. A licensee unavoidably prevented from completing CE may file a Statement of Nonattendance with a $100 fee (a second consecutive year costs an additional $200). (59 O.S. 161.10, 161.11; OAC 140:10)
