Provider FAQ
Applying, uploading batches, and delivering certificates to your attendees. Back to the provider page →
Applying
How do I become a provider?
Apply on our provider portal — business name, contact name, contact email, and website. Every application is reviewed, and your contact is verified, so attendees can trust certificates that carry your name.
How long does application review take?
Most applicants hear back quickly. You'll get an email the moment a decision is made, and you can check your status anytime.
I was rejected. Can I reapply?
Yes. You'll see the reason in your portal, and you can edit and resubmit your application once you've addressed it.
Uploading
Are there limits on upload size or frequency?
Sensible limits apply to keep the system fast for everyone, and they grow as you establish a delivery history. If you're running a large conference, contact us beforehand and we'll make sure you're covered.
Attendees & claims
Do my attendees need CECourse accounts first?
No. That's the point. Credits are held for attendees who haven't signed up; they get a "your CE hours are waiting" email, claim in one click, and we follow up automatically if they don't.
What do attendees see in the claim email?
Your business name, the event, and the hours waiting — with one link to claim. The email comes from CECourse on your behalf, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Can I see who has and hasn't claimed?
Yes. Your dashboard shows claimed vs. waiting credits per batch & claim rates.
How can I nudge attendees who haven't claimed?
Your portal has a toolkit: a copy-ready email snippet you can send from your own address, and a CSV download of unclaimed attendees for your own outreach.
