Reporting
CE tracked and reported through the Board's online licensee portal at annual renewal; course providers must issue certificates of completion to licensees.
Grace period
None — failure to submit a complete renewal application and fee results in automatic administrative suspension under A.R.S. § 32-923(C); reinstatement requires CE compliance for each suspended year plus back fees and a $200 fee.

Arizona requires 12 CE hours each calendar year (A.R.S. § 32-931 authorizes up to 12; the Board requires the full 12). Two hours of recordkeeping CE are due in each even-numbered year, and post-2013 new licensees must attend one 3-hour Board meeting in their first year. Statutory CE must cover chiropractic-science topics and be taught by qualified faculty.
