Grace period

None — a license not renewed by midnight Eastern on the expiration date becomes delinquent; delinquency fees apply and the license becomes null and void if not renewed before the end of the next cycle.

Florida Statute 460.408 requires up to 40 classroom hours of CE per biennium; online/distance-learning CE is allowed. Licensees in their first biennium must also attend one full day of a Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine meeting within the first biennium or within 24 months of licensure, whichever ends later.
