SB669 eff. 5/21/2025 requires ALL dental assistants to hold board permits; expanded-duty permits cover x-ray, coronal polish, sealants, N2O, phlebotomy, elder care, OMS. OMS expanded-duty permit holders: 8 hrs/2yr incl. 1 hr infection control (statute, 59 O.S. Sec. 328.24).
