Licensees complete 24 hours of Board-approved CE per biennial period; up to 6 hours may be carried over, and asynchronous (non-live) courses are capped at 12 hours per period. New licensees' hours are prorated at first renewal based on issue date (24, 18, 12, or 0 hours). UNCONFIRMED: Delaware's rules reference a late renewal period (all late renewals are audited) but its length could not be verified from an official source.
