1. The Service

CECourse, operated by National Dental Leasing LLC ("we," "us," "our"), provides a free continuing education tracking tool for licensed professionals. The service includes certificate storage, OCR-based data extraction, deadline reminders, and CE requirement reference information.

2. Not Legal or Compliance Advice

CECourse is a tracking tool, not a compliance authority. CE requirement information is provided for reference only and may not reflect the most current board rules. You are solely responsible for verifying your CE requirements with your licensing board and ensuring your compliance. We are not liable for any lapsed license, missed deadline, or disciplinary action resulting from reliance on our service.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information about your licenses and credentials.
  • You must review and confirm all OCR-extracted data before it counts toward your compliance records. Unconfirmed records are not counted.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure.
  • You may not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload malicious files.

4. Free Service

CECourse is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but core tracking features will remain free for existing users.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all certificates and data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, process (including OCR), and display your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFESSIONAL LICENSE, MISSED CE DEADLINES, OR DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
