Renewal: Licenses expire 2 years from the date of issuance (RSA 310:8, II; OPLC Plc 308.01(b)) - each licensee renews on their own 2-year anniversary, not on a fixed calendar date. A renewal application may be filed not more than 60 days before the expiration date. Initial licensees issued within 12 months before the expiration date are exempt from CE for that cycle (Ch 405.01(a)). UNCONFIRMED: the legacy rule referencing expiration 'July 1 of each odd-numbered year' (under now-repealed RSA 316-A:19) still appears in some board materials; current OPLC universal-renewal rules control.

Details

New Hampshire chiropractors must complete 20 hours of CE biennially under N.H. Admin. Code Ch 405.01 (readopted effective 2-23-24, Document #13844). Electronic participation is permitted if the licensee scores at least 80%; UNCONFIRMED: whether the previously-reported 25% cap on electronic-participation hours is still in the currently adopted rule text - the adopted text permits electronic participation with an 80% passing score and the cap could not be confirmed. Renewal is now under OPLC universal rules: licenses expire 2 years from issuance (anniversary), superseding the old July-1-odd-year schedule.
