Renewal: Effective September 13, 2025 (RSA 310:8 as amended by the centralized licensure law), licenses are valid for two years from the date of issuance; expiration is the two-year license anniversary. The former birth-month renewal system no longer applies.

Attestation of CE compliance on the renewal application under penalty of unsworn falsification; the Board conducts random audits, and licensees must retain attendance records for at least four years.

All 24 units must be HSW; at least 12 HSW units must be completed in each year of the biennium. Up to 12 excess units may be carried forward to the next biennium. Failure to provide CE documentation on audit constitutes professional misconduct.
