Adopted Ac 403.01 (Board of Accountancy): 80 hours including 4 hours professional ethics in each 2-year certification or registration period; up to 40 excess hours carry over (carryover may not satisfy yearly minimums or the ethics requirement). New licenses are issued on the biennial cycle.
