Licensee attests to CE completion on the renewal form; supporting documentation must be retained for six years and is only submitted if requested.

30 hours of Type 1 clinical continuing learning activities every two years; excess hours do not carry over. Practitioners are exempt from CE for the first biennial renewal following initial licensure. The board may extend the CE deadline up to one year for good cause shown on written request before the renewal date.
