Reporting
Attest to CE completion on the renewal application; the Board may audit (documentation of compliance due within 30 days of Board notification). Keep CE records at least 3 years. No carry-forward or retroactive application of CE to another earning period.

Ohio chiropractors must complete 36 CE hours per biennium: 34 hours of chiropractic CE plus 2 hours of board-mandated CE (any combination of ethics and professionalism, human trafficking awareness, and laws and rules of the Board). Licensees first licensed during the current CE reporting period are exempt during the earning period of their initial licensure. Failure to renew by March 31 of an even-numbered year results in forfeiture of the license. (OAC 4734-7-01, 4734-7-02)
