Reporting
Certification on renewal application; retain documentation at least four years for Board audit.

Minimum 20 hours of continuing dental hygiene education in the two-year period preceding the registration period, certified to the Board at renewal under ORC 4715.25 (as amended eff. 4/6/2023 by HB 509; previously 24 hours). The basic life-support training course required by ORC 4715.251 and any course required by statute or rule of the board count toward the total. Failure to renew registration results in automatic suspension. Retain receipts/vouchers/certificates for at least four years; the Board may request them with or without cause.
