CE course sponsors submit completion rosters to TBCE; the Board audits licensee CE compliance annually and licensees must retain CE records.

Grace period

Per the Board's 11/1/2019 biennial renewal form: renewal fee $300 if received on/before the expiration date, $450 if 1-90 days after expiration, $600 if more than 90 days after. Practicing with an expired license carries a penalty of up to $1,000 per violation, with each day a separate violation.
