Renewal: Active licensees must complete 12 CE hours annually on or before the September 1 renewal date (ARM 24.126.2103).
Details
12 CE hours annually, subject to random audit; the CE duty does not apply until the first full year of licensure. No more than 2 of the 12 hours may be in philosophy of chiropractic or practice management. Hours do not carry over. Licensees affirm their understanding of the CE requirement on the renewal form. Note: a 2024 proposal (MAR Notice 24-126-39) would have added 4 hours of professional boundaries/ethics every 4 years, but the adopted rule (eff. 6/22/2024) does not include it.
