Licensee attests to completion of CE upon renewal; the commission randomly audits license holders for compliance.

25 hours of CE per annual renewal cycle from commission-approved subject matter. No CE is due if the first renewal period is less than one full year from licensure. No more than 12 of the 25 hours may be multimedia (internet/teleseminar/webinar) hours; CPR is capped at 4 hours and governmental-regulations content at 12 hours.
