APRN-CNP/CNM/CNS with supervised prescriptive authority: 15 contact hours in pharmacotherapeutics, clinical application, and use of pharmacological agents AND 2 hours in pain management or opioid use/addiction within the 2 years preceding prescriptive-authority renewal, unless no DEA registration (Form RS-24; 59 O.S. 567.4a(4)). APRNs must maintain national certification; general RN renewal can also be met via 520 work hours, 24 CE, specialty certification, refresher course, or academic credit. Certify completion at renewal; documentation required only on audit.
