Attestation at renewal; retain records for 3 years and supply to DPH within 45 days upon request.

Although the license renews annually in the licensee's birth month, the statute measures the 50 CE hours over the preceding 24-month period (rolling). The first renewal period is exempt from the continuing-education requirement. Retain CE records for 3 years and produce them within 45 days if the Department requests them. The official CT legislature statute page (cga.ct.gov, chap. 378, §20-94d) returned a server error at research time, so the statute text was verified through the Justia mirror instead. Current national certification is required for renewal.
