Reporting
Attestation at renewal; licensee must produce CE certificates within 30 calendar days if audited; retain records for two consecutive renewal periods.

The license expires the last day of the licensee's birth month; the odd/even renewal year follows the individual's birth year. The 5 pharmacotherapeutics hours are required of APRNs with prescriptive authority each biennium prior to license renewal, in addition to the RN-tier continuing-education option chosen for the renewal period (15 practice-focused hours, recertification, or an academic course). National certification must be maintained.
