Certification of completion on the renewal application; retain documentation for audit.

Current Board renewal/application materials and 12 AAC 44.440 require 15 pharmacology hours for APRNs with prescriptive authority; a 2018 Board CE guideline described 24 hours (12 advanced pharmacotherapeutics + 12 clinical management) — the newer codified 15-hour figure controls. The 15 hours may count toward the 30-contact-hour RN continuing-competency requirement (or serve as one of the two accepted continuing-competency methods). National certification must be maintained.
