The 6 pharmacology hours are part of (not in addition to) the 24 biennial RN CE hours. CRNP/CNM approval renews concurrently with the RN license each even year, and national certification must be maintained. The 4-hour QACSC controlled-substances requirement is an Alabama Board of Medical Examiners certificate-renewal requirement (QACSC renews annually Jan 1) whose hours count toward the 24 ABN hours.
