Current Regulation 1900 §8.14.9 requires only current APRN licensure and renewal of prescriptive authority with APRN renewal — the former 10-hour pharmacology CE requirement for prescriptive-authority renewal (in the pre-2023 rule, visible in the archived October 2016 regulation) no longer appears in the current regulation, and the April 2023 proposed-rule revision likewise omitted it. APRN renewal dates coincide with the RN renewal period (February 28, May 31, or September 30 of odd years depending on assignment). Current national certification must be maintained.
