Indiana requires 24 hours of CE per biennial renewal period (846 IAC 1-8-1), including 4 hours per licensure year in public health or risk management (8 per biennium). Risk management means the chiropractor's legal responsibility to the patient; practice-management courses are not approved. No more than 12 hours per licensure year, no more than 8 hours per day, and hours may not be carried over. No CE is required in the year of initial licensure.
