Details

The 20-hour APRN route is not additional to the RN requirement — it satisfies both. One-time requirements (prescription-monitoring-program training; role-specific targeted CE for certain first renewals) are not recurring biennial obligations. The earlier 1-hour annual pain-management requirement expired August 31, 2023 and is excluded. Nurses providing direct patient care must complete the approved human-trafficking training. CE is subject to audit; records must be maintained.
