Entry reflects optometrists with amplified therapeutic privileges: 20 hours annually, including at least 10 hours in pharmacology for the treatment/management of ocular conditions. Optometrists without therapeutic privileges require 16 hours annually. Licensees initially licensed after February 1 are exempt from CE until the next renewal. The Board may waive CE for hardship or sufficient cause. No grace period identified.
