Reporting
Providers must file completion reports with DIFS within 30 days (§500.1204c).
Grace period
90-day grace period after the CE review date: the producer may continue to service existing policies but may not solicit or sell new policies or bind coverage (§500.1204c).

24 hours every 2 years including 3 hours of ethics, with up to 12 excess hours carried forward as general credit (no ethics or duplicate coursework), per MCL §500.1204c. The statute also sets the 30-day provider reporting rule and the restricted 90-day grace period. The first-day-of-birth-month review date is set by DIFS guidance.
