Biennial CE due by the last day of the birth month. Producers with under 20 years of service complete 24 hours including 3 hours of ethics; beginning in 2026, producers with over 20 years of service complete 20 hours including 3 hours of ethics. Up to 50% of required hours may carry forward; carried ethics hours do not satisfy the next period's ethics requirement.
