Own state model: 45 CE credits/3yr with mandated topic minimums (or refresher course equivalent); CPR card required on audit (no fully-online CPR). 2024 change: Public Act 48 bars MDHHS from mandating the NREMT exam — state paramedic exam due by 3/31/2027.
