Course providers must file completion records with the Department within 10 days (Rule 482-1-151-.12).

Grace period

Licenses not renewed by the expiration date may be renewed within the first 30 days after expiration; reinstatement is retroactive to the expiration date, subject to a $50 late fee (Rule 482-1-110-.04).
