Reporting
Self-certification of CE completion as a condition of renewal; evidence submitted within 45 days of a department request.

All CE must be in HSW subjects per R 339.15501(1) and R 339.15506. First renewal: 12 hours if licensed 12-24 months; 24 hours for renewals when licensed 24+ months. Records retained 4 consecutive years. The department shall not renew a license if CE requirements are incomplete.
