263 CMR 3.05 requires 100 CE hours per renewal period, including at least 40 Category I hours and at least 4 hours of pharmacology/pharmacokinetics. Training under M.G.L. c. 94C section 18(e) is also required, but the rule states no fixed hour count for it, so no hours are assigned here. The rule text imposes the hour requirement on all licensees; it states no NCCPA-certification substitution, so NCCPA maintenance does not replace the state requirement.
