Alaska paramedics renew on the DHSS/OEMS 60-hour 2-year NCCP cycle: 30h national (NCCR) + 15h local (LCCR) + 15h individual (ICCR). 12 AAC 40.350 was repealed by SB 21 (eff. 1/1/2022), which moved MICP licensure from the State Medical Board to DHSS/OEMS.
