Grace period
None confirmed; failure to timely renew triggers reinstatement fees ($20 within 30 days after expiration, $50 from 30 days to 2 years after expiration).

Utah Code 58-16a-303, 58-16a-304. At renewal the licensee must show satisfactory evidence of completed CE; false or misleading answers are subject to random audit. Controlled substance licenses renew at the same time as the main license.
