New Hampshire interim rules expire after 180 days, so that interim text likely lapsed around mid-2026; a draft final proposal (REV3 dated July 2, 2025, heard July 15, 2026) would replace it with Ph 403.09 requiring 30 hours per 24 months with no live-hour mandate, plus a proposed 2 hours of pharmaceutical jurisprudence, but its adoption status could not be confirmed from public sources.
