Reporting
Self-report on renewal application; retain certificates for audit
Grace period
Late renewal by January 31 of the following year with payment of the renewal fee plus a 50% late fee; after January 31 the license becomes administratively revoked.

No general topic mandates apply to all pharmacists. Conditional specialty requirements come from secondary summaries of Board rules; recheck with the Board.
