Confirmed against the official Florida Board of Pharmacy pharmacist-renewal page and Florida Statutes section 456.0341: 30 hours biennially (26 general, 2 controlled-substance validation and counseling, 2 medication errors), reported through CE Broker; a one-time 1-hour human-trafficking course (required by January 1, 2021, included in the total) replaces the earlier 2-hour value; the first-renewal HIV/AIDS requirement is corrected to 1 hour (first renewal under 12 months: 1 HIV/AIDS + 2 medication errors + 2 controlled-substance hours; at least 12 months: 15 total including those subjects); a conditional 3-hour immunization administration course is added for immunizing pharmacists; the Board's current table lists no live-CE requirement.
