24 board-approved CE units per 2-year licensing period; no carryover. Maximum 8 units per period from clinical instruction or competency tools. New graduates are exempt for the year of graduation; volunteer licensees need 20 units per 2-year cycle. Not completing CE places the licensee on delinquent status.
