Note: SB 110 (Chapter 246, approved April 23, 2026) amended 24 Del.C. Section 2607 — licenses now renew biennially in the manner determined by the Division of Professional Regulation; confirm the current license expiration with DPR/DELPROS. Mandatory topics: 0.2 CEU (2 hours) ethics; current CPR certification by an approved agency (counts 0.1 CEU / 1 hour)
