24 contact hours per biennium for licensees licensed 12 months or more; at least half of the hours must come from an accredited academic institution or a professional organization approved by the board. Licensees licensed less than 12 months of the concluding period need 12 hours or must have passed the NPTE within the prior 12 months. Records must be retained 3 years. Mandatory topics: at least half of hours from an accredited academic institution or board-approved professional organization
