Self-report on renewal application; retain certificates for audit.

22 hours biennially under O.C.G.A. 43-11-73.1 and Board Rule 150-5-.05: at least 15 hours must be scientifically based courses in the actual delivery of dental services; current CPR certification is required for renewal and up to 4 hours of the CPR course may count toward CE per renewal period. All hours must be earned within the two-year renewal period. CE tied to a local-anesthesia permit is conditional. Note: a vendor reports that a 2025 dental-unit-waterline rule adds infection-control/waterline hours; this was not verified in the current official rule text and should be confirmed with the Board.
