Licensee self-reports CE on the renewal application and retains certificates for audit
Grace period
An expired license may be reinstated without reexamination up to one year after expiration by paying three times the renewal fee plus documenting 36 hours of CE

Newly licensed brokers may have a shortened first license cycle depending on the issue date. Qualifying brokers have additional supervisory CE obligations.
