15 hours per two-year period: 12 hours of mandatory CE (3 hours DC Fair Housing + 3 hours DC Ethics + 3 hours DC Legislative Update + 3 hours Property Management) plus 3 hours of electives. Renewal deadline is August 31 of odd-numbered years for salespersons, per DC Register rulemaking. The DLCP (not vendor) 12-mandatory/3-elective split is encoded; some vendor sources quote a 9/6 split.
