45 hours of CE per triennial renewal cycle under 16.5.23 NMAC (effective April 21, 2026), prorated at 15 hours per year for licensees licensed less than three years; renewal requires proof of the 45 hours under 16.5.24 NMAC. Up to 30 hours may be self-study; current BLS/CPR certification is required and may not be a self-study course (16.5.23.9).
