Self-study limited to 10 hrs biennially (852 IAC 1-16-7(c); IN PLA licensing page). Separate optometric legend drug certificate also requires 20 hrs, not double-counted with license CE. CE must be earned within the biennial period; no carryover; duplicate courses count once.
