Details
Idaho does not use a flat CE-hour total for LPN renewal. Under IDAPA 23.01.01.061, each LPN must complete at least two qualifying learning activities per two-year period (practice, education, or professional engagement); 15 CE hours counts as only one activity and is insufficient on its own.
