W.S. 26-9-231 confirms 24 hours within each two-year licensing period with at least 3 in ethical requirements; W.S. 26-9-207 ties continuation to the last day of the birth month in the second year after issuance or renewal (so the renewal year follows the license, not the birth year). Nonresident producers and limited/restricted licenses exempted by the commissioner are excluded.
