Chapter 5 (2019 Board rule filing ERR19-023): 80 of the 120 credits must be Code A (technical); 4 credits of Board-approved regulatory/professional ethics including Wyoming statutes/rules, all 4 completed in one calendar year, at least once per 3-year period. Courses may not be repeated in the same calendar year; CPE reported through the Board’s online tool.
