Utah continued-competency routes for the preceding two years: 400 practice hours, 200 practice hours plus 15 contact hours of CE, or 30 contact hours of CE. The 30-hour CE route is shown here. Every renewal also requires one specified online suicide-prevention training (0.5 credit).
