File the Certificate of Compliance with the Utah Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education by July 31 (Rule 11-614(a)); retain proof for 4 years.

Verified against the Utah Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education Certificate of Compliance (UCJA Rules 11-604, 11-614): active lawyers complete 12 hours of accredited CLE during each one-year compliance cycle (July 1–June 30), including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism and civility, with at least 6 hours as Verified (Live) CLE. The older 24-hour biennial model was replaced by amendments effective May 1, 2023 (former Rules 14-404/14-414, renumbered 11-604/11-614).
