Reporting
Certify compliance on the annual attorney registration statement under Supreme Court Rule 69(b)(i); providers report attendance to the Commission within 30 days.

Verified against the Delaware Supreme Court Rules for Continuing Legal Education as amended September 30, 2024 (effective November 1, 2024): 24 approved CLE hours per two-year period, including at least 4 Enhanced Ethics hours and at least 12 hours of live, in-person courses. Complete by December 31: attorneys admitted in even-numbered years complete in even years; those admitted in odd-numbered years complete in odd years (Rule 5(A)).
